INCENTIVE FUND

Overview

Introducing Advantage 360’s new Incentive Fund feature. This tool is designed to help communication service providers attract new corporate customers while retaining existing high value customers year over year.

Your business development teams can approach clients and issue them an incentive in the form of a credit posted to their account. This credit can be used for the upgrade or purchase of designated hardware devices. The credit can be funded either from a pre- payment or a credit issued by the CSP as part of a package deal, the choice is yours.

Use Cases

Incentive Fund credits are posted into a specialized bucket on the clients account with a defined Start Date and Expiry Date. Qualified users of the CSP can upgrade or purchase new devices which are designated capable of use with the Incentive Fund.

Upon invoicing the order, a popup allows the use of the Incentive Fund balance which will post a credit to the invoice reducing the invoice balance. Any remaining line items on the invoice that are not capable of receiving Incentive Fund credit will be invoiced as normal. At any time, users can inquire about the availability and status of an Incentive Fund from an Invoice Options button.

Important Notes: Incentive Fund is only for use with serialized, non-serialized, and SIM Inventory Items. The Incentive Fund credit is only able to be used between the Start Date and Expiry Date of the issued credit amount.
